Spicy Breaded Chicken Wings

Ingredients
8 chicken wings separated, or 16 pieces
1/2 cup Louisiana hot sauce
1 cup flour
1/4 cup mayo
2 TBSP Louisiana hot sauce
2 cups Panko breadcrumbs
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 TBSP oil
dash paprika
pinch cayenne pepper
Directions
1. Place wings in a zipper bag with the 1/2 cup of hot sauce. Seal and mix around. Refrigerate for several hours.
2. Make the breadcrumb mixture: Place the breadcrumbs, oil and seasonings into the food processor and pulse til well combined.
3. Make a breading station: Place flour in a dish, in a second dish mix the mayo & hot sauce, in a third dish place the breadcrumb mix. Prepare a baking sheet lined with foil and a wire rack on top.
4. Drain and rinse the wings. Pat dry. Bread the wings. Lightly coat with flour, dip into mayo mix, coat with breadcrumbs. Place on to the prepared pan.
5. Bake in preheated 400 degree oven for 1 hour.
