Foolproof Pizza Dough

Ingredients
1 packet (2 1/4 tsp) active dry yeast
1 cup warm water
3 cups all-purpose flour
1 TBSP plus 1 tsp olive oil
1 tsp salt
Directions
1. In a large bowl mix the yeast and water. Add the 1 TBSP oil, salt and flour and mix until well combined and dough pulls away from sides of bowl.
2. Knead the dough by hand on a lightly floured surface for about 10 minutes.
3. Form the dough into ball and place in a large clean bowl. Drizzle the 1 tsp of olive oil over the dough ball then flip around a few times to coat the ball in oil.
4. Loosely cover the bowl and put in a warm place to rise for about 1 hour.
5. Preheat the oven to 475°F.
6. Stretch the dough onto a 16-inch size pizza pan or an 18x13-inch baking sheet.
7. Top the dough with your choice of sauce and toppings then bake in the preheated oven for 13 to 17 minutes or until dough is lightly browned and crisp.

After the dough rises it can be stored in a tightly covered container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
