1/2 lb ground pork
1 egg
1/4 cup breadcrumbs
2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp dry oregano
1/2 tsp dry basil
1/2 tsp dry parsley
2 tsp red wine vinegar
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
8 ounces mozzarella cheese, shredded
2 ounces provolone cheese, shredded or thinly sliced
1/2 cup Parmesan, grated
1 tsp cooking oil


For the meatballs:

1. Using your hands combine the pork, egg, breadcrumbs, garlic, oregano, basil, parsley, red wine vinegar, salt and pepper together in a large mixing bowl.

2. Form mixture into 1 inch balls and spread evenly on a baking sheet (should make about 20 small meatballs). Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate at least 1 hour.

3. Pull the meatballs out of the fridge after an hour and preheat the oven to 425°F.

4. Bake meatballs in the preheated oven for 15 minutes.

To assemble pizza:

1. Preheat oven to 450°F. Lightly oil a 16 inch pizza pan or baking sheet.

2. Roll or spread pizza dough out evenly to fit your pan.

3. With your dough on your pan spread the pizza sauce evenly on top of the dough. Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese all over the sauce evenly then the provolone cheese on top. Add the cooked meatballs and finally sprinkle the meatballs with the parmesan cheese.

4. Bake pizza in the preheated oven for 16 to 17 minutes, or until crust is golden brown.
