Firey Steak Fajitas

Ingredients
2 strip steaks (about 1 1/2 lbs) thinly sliced
1/2 jalapeno, julienne
1 poblano pepper, julienne
1 bell pepper, julienne
1 yellow onion, julienne
2 tsp kosher salt
2 tsp cumin
2 tsp Loco Caliente Spice Mix
1 TBSP cornstarch
2 TBSP cooking oil
2 TBSP lime juice
1/2 cup water
salt and pepper
8 tortillas
Directions
1. In a small bowl mix the kosher salt, cumin, loco caliente seasoning, and cornstarch. Set aside.
2. Heat the oil in a cast-iron skillet over high heat until shimmering.
3. Add the steak, peppers and onion to the pan and cook, stirring occasionally, 8 to 12 minutes.
4. Stir in spice mix and water and simmer until thickened.
5. Add lime juice, salt and pepper to taste.
5. Serve in warmed tortillas.
