Ingredients
- 2 strip steaks (about 1 1/2 lbs) thinly sliced
- 1/2 jalapeno, julienne
- 1 poblano pepper, julienne
- 1 bell pepper, julienne
- 1 yellow onion, julienne
- 2 tsp kosher salt
- 2 tsp cumin
- 2 tsp Loco Caliente Spice Mix
- 1 TBSP cornstarch
- 2 TBSP cooking oil
- 2 TBSP lime juice
- 1/2 cup water
- salt and pepper
- 8 tortillas

Directions
- In a small bowl mix the kosher salt, cumin, loco caliente seasoning, and cornstarch. Set aside.
- Heat the oil in a cast-iron skillet over high heat until shimmering.
- Add the steak, peppers and onion to the pan and cook, stirring occasionally, 8 to 12 minutes.
- Stir in spice mix and water and simmer until thickened.
- Add lime juice, salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve in warmed tortillas.
