Lemon Caper Sauce

Ingredients
1 cup mayo
2 TBSP minced onion
1 tsp caper juice
1 tsp chopped capers
1 tsp pickle juice
1 TBSP chopped dill pickles
1 tsp chopped dill
dash white pepper
1 TBSP fresh squeezed lemon juice
1 tsp whole grain mustard
Directions
1. Put all ingredients in a bowl and stir together.
Notes & Tips
This a great tartar sauce for fish, shrimp and other seafood. Goes great with fries too.
