Cincinnati Style Chili

Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
1 TBSP soy sauce
1 TBSP apple cider vinegar
1 TBSP cocoa powder
2 TBSP chili powder
1 TBSP onion powder
1/2 TBSP garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
15 oz can tomato sauce
2 cups beef broth
Directions
1. In a dutch oven or large sauce pot brown the ground beef over medium-high heat, about 5 minutes, drain and return to pot.
2. Add all remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer uncovered for about 1 and 1/2 hours stirring occasionally.

Notes/Tips
This chili goes great on hot dogs, pasta and french fries and then topped with cheese and onions.
