Sriracha Pizza with Bacon and Mango

Ingredients
6 oz frozen mango chunks, diced and thawed
4 slices of homemade bacon, cut in small strips
1/2 orange bell pepper, diced
1/2 cup diced red onion
1 lb fresh mozzarella, sliced
4 oz Sriracha sauce
Directions
1. cook bacon strips until crispy, drain and set aside.
2. Form your pizza dough and place on an oiled pizza pan or baking sheet.
3. Preheat oven to 450°F.
4. Spread the Sriracha sauce evenly on the pizza dough. Top with the sliced mozzarella and then sprinkle on the bacon, onion, pepper and mango.
5. Bake in the preheated oven for 16 to 18 minutes or until crust is golden brown.
