No Fuss Brownies

Ingredients
1 tsp cooking oil
4 ounces unsweetened chocolate, chopped
1 stick (8 TBSP) unsalted butter, cut into pieces
1 1/4 cups granulated sugar
1 tsp vanilla
2 large eggs
1/2 cup all purpose flour
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease an 8x8 baking dish with the oil.
2. Melt the butter and chocolate in a large metal bowl over a pot of simmering water and stir until smooth.
3. Take bowl off the heat and stir in the sugar and vanilla. Pour in the eggs and mix until combined. Stir in the flour until fully incorporated and then pour into the greased baking dish.
4. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes.
5. Allow to cool for 10 minutes before devouring.

Notes/Tips
Try them with 2/3 cup of pecans, walnuts, or even pistachios added to the mix.
