Cassano's Pizza King Copycat Pepperoni Pizza

Ingredients
2 1/2 cups all purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1 cup water
1 TBSP cooking oil
6 oz tomato paste
6 oz water
8 oz shredded mozzarella cheese
8 oz shredded provolone cheese
4 oz sliced pepperoni
Directions
1. In a large mixing bowl combine the flour, baking powder and salt. Pour in the water and oil and mix until well combined. Let dough rest 10 minutes.
2. Preheat oven to 450°F. Lightly oil or flour a 16 inch pizza pan.
3. On a floured work surface shape the dough into a circle and roll out thin to 16 inches in diameter.
4. Place your rolled out dough on your pizza pan and bake in the preheated oven for 5 minutes.
5. Pull the dough from the oven. Mix the tomato paste and water together and spread evenly on top of the dough. Sprinkle the cheese on top of the sauce and place pepperoni slices evenly on top of the cheese.
6. Return to the oven and bake for 15 to 17 minutes or until crust is crisp.
7. Cut pizza into squares.

Notes/Tips
If you don't have a pizza pan a baking sheet will do, just keep an eye on it so the crust doesn't burn.I used this 16-inch Nonstick Bakeware Pizza Pan for this recipe and it worked very well.
