3 cups all purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1 cup water
1 TBSP olive oil


1. In a large mixing bowl combine the flour, baking powder and salt. Pour in the water and oil and mix until well combined. Let dough rest 10 minutes.

Makes a 16 inch in diameter pizza crust.

When ready to use top with your favorite toppings and bake in a 450° oven for 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown and crisp.


Dough can be stored in a sealed bag in the refrigerator for 24 hours or in the freezer for 3 months.

When ready to use from the fridge pull out dough and let warm 30 minutes to room temperature.

When ready to use from the freezer, put the dough in the fridge to thaw overnight or for at least 12 hours then out of the fridge for 30 minutes to warm to room temperature.
