Dill-icious Cucumber Salad

Ingredients
2 seedless cucumbers, cut in half and sliced thin
1 tsp kosher salt
Dressing:
1 cup red onion, julienne
2 TBSP fresh dill, chopped or tsp dry dill
pinch kosher salt
sprinkle white pepper
1 cup non-fat plain yogurt
TBSP sour cream
Directions
1. In a large bowl combine the cucumbers and kosher salt toss together and place in colander over a bowl or sink to drain for 20 minutes.
2. In a second large bowl whisk together all the dressing ingredients.
3. Add the cumbers to the dressing and coat well.
4. Cover and store in fridge up to 1 hour before eating.
