Cheddar and Green Onion Drop Biscuits

Ingredients
1/2 cup whole milk
1 tsp white vinegar
2 TBSP unsalted butter, melted
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/8 tsp baking soda
2 green onions, thinly sliced
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
2. In a small bowl mix together the milk, vinegar and butter. Set aside for 5 minutes.
3. Mix the flour, salt, baking powder, and baking soda together in a large mixing bowl.
4. Mix the milk mixture in with the flour mixture until well combined. Stir in the cheese and green onion.
5. Scoop the dough mixture in 1/4 cup sizes onto a baking sheet. Bake in the preheated oven for 13 to 15 minutes or until tops begin to brown.
