4 cups broccoli florets
4 TBSP soy sauce
4 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tsp sugar
2 TBSP rice vinegar
2 TBSP sesame oil
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
1 TBSP vegetable oil or peanut oil
cooked rice or Asian noodles


1. Combine the soy sauce, garlic, sugar, vinegar, sesame oil and red pepper flakes in a bowl and set aside.

2. Heat the vegetable oil in a wok or a skillet over high heat. Add the broccoli and stir-fry until slightly tender, 2 to 3 minutes. Pour in the sauce mixture, stir-fry another 2 minutes.

3. Serve over rice or Asian noodles.
