Easy Oven Baked Chicken Breasts

Ingredients
2 TBSP olive oil
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
3 boneless skinless chicken breasts
Directions
1. Preheat the oven to 425°F.
2. Mix together the olive oil, salt, and pepper in a large baking dish.
3. Pound the chicken breasts to an even thickness of about 1/2-inch.
4. Add the chicken breasts in a single layer to the baking dish then flip the chicken around a couple times to coat in the oil.
5. Bake in the preheated oven for about 15 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through (internal temperature of 165°F).
6. Take the chicken out of the oven and allow to rest for about 5 minutes before serving.
