for the dough:
3 cups all purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1 cup water
1 TBSP cooking oil
for the toppings:
12 oz boneless skinless chicken breast cut into bite size pieces
3 TBSP olive oil
1 large garlic clove, minced
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
14 oz can of artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
1 cup sliced black olives
1/2 red onion, sliced thin
4 oz feta cheese, crumbled
8 oz mozzarella, shredded
salt & pepper


1. In a large mixing bowl combine the flour, baking powder and salt. Pour in the rest of the dough ingredients(water and cooking oil) and mix until well combined. Set aside and let dough rest 10 minutes.

2. Lightly season the chicken pieces with salt and pepper. In a non-stick skillet heat 1 TBSP of the olive oil over medium heat. Cook the chicken until no longer pink and cooked through, about 5 minutes. Set aside.

3. In a small bowl combine the remaining 2 TBSP of olive oil with the minced garlic and red pepper flakes. Set aside.

4. Preheat oven to 450°F. Lightly oil a 16 inch pizza pan or baking sheet.

5. Roll out the dough thin and place on your oiled pan. Bake dough in the preheated oven for 5 minutes.

6. Remove dough from oven and spread the garlic oil sauce evenly over the top of the dough. Sprinkle on the mozzarella cheese followed by the red onion, artichoke hearts, chicken, olives and the the feta cheese.

7. Place back in the oven and bake for 15 to 17 minutes or until crust is crispy and golden brown.
