6 large eggs
1/4 cup mayonnaise
4 TBSP (1/4 ounce) blue cheese crumbles
1/8 tsp garlic powder
salt & freshly ground pepper

1. Place eggs in a large saucepan and cover with cold water. Bring to a boil over high heat. When water begins to boil place a lid on the pan and take the pan off the heat. Let the eggs sit off the heat while covered for about 10 minutes.

2. Rinse the eggs under cold water. Carefully peel the shells off the eggs and discard. Slice the peeled eggs in half lengthwise. Scoop the yolks from the eggs and place them in a bowl.

3. Mash the yolks using a fork then add the mayonnaise, blue cheese, garlic, and a dash of salt, to the bowl and mix with the yolks until well combined.

4. Scoop the mixture into the halved eggs. Top eggs with a little freshly ground pepper and serve or refrigerate for later.
