2 6oz pieces of cod
3 tablespoons mayonnaise
1/2 of a lemon zested
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon granulated garlic
1/2 teaspoon dill
2 tablespoons water
2 cups crushed cornflakes
3 TBSP mayonnaise
1 TBSP chopped capers or dill pickle
1/2 tsp caper or pickles juice
Zest from 1/2 a lemon
1 tsp while grain mustard
1/4 tsp dill
1/4 tsp granulated garlic
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper


1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F

2. Thaw fish (if frozen) and pat dry.

3. In a shallow bowl combine mayo, lemon zest, salt, pepper, garlic, dill and water from fish ingredients.

4. In a separate shallow bowl add the cornflakes.

5. Coat the fish in the mayo mix very well and then coat in the cornflakes.

6. Place fish on a wire rack above a sheet pan for 15-20 minutes.

7. While fish cooks combine remaining ingredients in a small bowl.

8. Server fish with lemon wedges and sauce on the side.
