14 oz can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/2 cup sliced green onion
4 cloves garlic, minced
1/8 tsp cayenne
1/8 tsp salt
dash black pepper
baguette, cut diagonally into 1/4-inch slices
1 TBSP olive oil


1. Preheat oven to 375° F.

2. In a large mixing bowl combine the softened cream cheese, mayo and parmesan until well incorporated.

3. Stir in the chopped artichokes, green onion, cayenne, salt, pepper and garlic.

4. Pour into a baking dish and bake in the preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes or until bubbly and lightly browned.

5. Lightly brush the baguette slices on both sides with the olive oil and bake 10 minutes flipping over half way through.

6. Serve the dip with the toasted baguette slices.

Notes & Tips

Even better if dip is made up to a day ahead of time and stored in the fridge until ready to bake, this allows the flavors to meld while in the refrigerator.
