Red Cabbage, Bacon & Feta Salad

Ingredients
3 slices homemade bacon, diced and cooked crisp
8 oz red cabbage, thinly sliced
2 TBSP lemon juice
1 tsp olive oil
3/4 tsp fresh dill or 1/4 tsp dry dill
1/4 tsp fresh ground pepper
3 oz feta cheese, crumbled
Directions
1. In a large bowl whisk together the lemon juice, olive oil, dill and pepper.
2. Add the cabbage, bacon and feta to the bowl and toss. Add salt & pepper to taste.
