2 lbs boneless pork shoulder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp cumin
1/4 tsp cayenne
1 tsp garlic powder
1 large onion, chopped
1 TBSP diced jalapenos
1/2 cup chicken broth
1/4 cup sliced green onion

1. Place the chopped onion in the bottom of a slow cooker. In a small bowl mix together the salt, oregano, cumin, cayenne and garlic powder. Rub all over the pork and place the pork in the slow cooker on top of the onions. Pour in the chicken broth and diced jalapenos.

2. Cover and cook on low for 7 to 8 hours or until pork is tender and can be easily pulled apart. Shred pork using two forks and stir in the green onion.

3. Goes great with rice or as a filler for tacos.
