Spicy Italian Turkey Sausage

Ingredients
1 lb ground turkey
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp dry oregano
2 tsp dry parsley
1/2 tsp dry basil
1/2 tsp ground fennel seed
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
1 TBSP red wine vinegar
Directions
1. In a large mixing bowl thoroughly combine all the ingredients. Form into patties or links if desired. For best results cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow flavors to meld.

Sausage can be frozen and stored for up to 2 months in the freezer.
