2 lbs country style ribs
1 large yellow onion, sliced
1 cup Spicy BBQ Sauce
salt and pepper
4 brioche buns
4 slices sharp cheddar
sliced pickles and onion for top


1. Place sliced onions in the bottom of a slow cooker and turn to low.

2. Season ribs well with salt and pepper and place on top of onions. Pour half bbq sauce on top.

3. Cover and cook for 6 to 8 hours.

4. Pull out ribs and discard any bones. Mix in remaining bbq sauce.

5. Serve on brioche buns topped with cheese, onions and pickles.
