Truly Crispy Oven Baked Chicken Wings

Ingredients
4 lbs chicken wings
2 TBSP baking powder
1 tsp salt
1 TBSP garlic powder
2 tsp onion powder
1 TBSP red pepper flakes
Optional: blue cheese and/or ranch dressing for dipping
Directions
1. Pat the wings dry with paper towels. Mix the remaining ingredients in a large bowl, add the wings and toss with your hands to coat. Place wings on wire racks above foil lined baking sheets. Refrigerate uncovered for 8 hours.
2. Preheat oven to 250°F. Bake wings for 30 minutes in the preheated oven, rotating the baking sheets halfway through.
3. Turn the oven heat up to 425°F and bake for 1 hour more, once again rotating the baking sheets halfway through.

Notes/Tips
Feel free to adjust the seasonings to your taste just don't omit the baking powder or salt.
