12 Italian Sausage meatballs
1 package puff pastry
1 egg, beaten with 1 TBSP water


1. Preheat the oven to 425.

2. Cut the puff pastry into 12- 2 inch x 4 inch rectangles.

3. Form each meatball into a cylinder shape.

4. Wrap the puff pastry around the sausage.

5. Brush each roll with egg wash.

6. Place on a baking sheet, seam side down.

7. Make 3-4 cuts about 1/2 way through the thickness of the puff pastry.

8. Bake 20 minutes without opening the oven.

9. Allow to cool 5 minutes and then serve.
