Ingredients

2 lb chuck roast
6 TBSP unsalted butter
1/2 cup sliced pepperoncinis
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
2 TBSP powdered milk
2 tsp dried parsley
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp dried dill
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper

Directions

1. Place roast in a slow cooker and add remaining ingredients.

2. Cover on cook on low for 6 to 8 hours.

3. Great with mashed potatoes, egg noodles or rice.
