Mississippi Pot Roast

Ingredients
2 1/2 pounds boneless beef chuck roast
4 TBSP unsalted butter, sliced
3/4 cup sliced pepperoncinis
2 tsp dried parsley
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp dried dill
1/4 tsp black pepper
Directions
1. Place the roast in a 6-quart slow cooker and top with the butter and pepperoncinis. Mix the spices together in a small bowl and spribkle on top.
2. Place the lid on the slow cooker and cook on LOW for 7 to 8 hours or until beef is tender.
