Triple Berry Syrup

Ingredients
1 1/2 cups berry blend (raspberry, blueberry, blackberry)
1 cup water
1 TBSP sugar
1/2 TBSP lemon juice
1 TBSP corn starch
Directions
1. Add the berries, sugar and water to a sauce pan and simmer over low heat until berries begin to break down, stirring often.
2. In a small bowl mix corn starch with 1 TBSP cold water to make a slurry.
3. Smash berries with a masher and add slurry mix and lemon juice.
4. Simmer on low heat until mixture is a syrup consistency, stirring frequently.
5. Strain through a fine mesh strainer. Makes about 1 cup
