15-ounce can crushed tomatoes
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp dried basil
1/4 tsp dried oregano
THE TOPPINGS:
8 ounces ground pork
1 TBSP red wine vinegar
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp dried basil
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp ground fennel seed
1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
1/2 cup sliced black olives
THE PROVEL CHEESE:
4 ounces white cheddar cheese, finely shredded
2 ounces Swiss cheese, finely shredded
2 ounces provolone cheese, finely shredded
1/4 tsp smoked paprika

Directions

1. Preheat the oven to 475°F and lightly oil a large 16-inch pizza pan.

2. Mix THE DOUGH ingredients together in a large bowl and stir until well combined and a dough is formed. Cover the bowl and set aside.

3. Mix THE SAUCE ingredients together in a bowl and set aside.

4. Mix the ground pork, vinegar, oregano, salt, pepper, garlic, onion, fennel, and crushed red pepper (All the TOPPINGS ingredients EXCEPT the olives) in a bowl. Cook in a pan over medium-high heat until pork is browned and cooked through, about 6 minutes. Transfer to a paper towel lined plate and set aside.

5. Mix together THE PROVEL CHEESE ingredients in a bowl and set aside.

6. Lighlty oil a large piece of parchment paper about the size of your pizza pan. Lightly oil a rolling pin then roll out the dough thin on the parchment paper until it's the size of your pizza pan. Flip the dough over onto your pizza pan and peel off the parchment paper.

7. Bake the dough in the preheated oven for 5 minutes.

8. Remove the dough from the oven. Spread the sauce evenly on the dough. Sprinkle on the cheese mixture then sprinkle on the sausage and olives.

9. Return the pizza to the oven and bake 10 to 12 more minutes or until crust is lightly browned and crispy.

10. Transfer the pizza to a cutting board and cut into squares.
