The Crust:
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 TBSP cooking oil
1/2 tsp salt
3/4 cup water
The Sauce:
6 ounces tomato paste
1/4 cup water
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp dried oregano
1/4 tsp dried basil
The Provel Cheese:
1 cup white cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 cup Swiss cheese, shredded
1/2 cup provolone cheese, shredded
1 tsp liquid smoke


1. Mix the pizza crust ingredients together in a large bowl or stand mixer and form dough into a ball, set aside.

2. Mix the sauce ingredients together in a bowl and set aside.

3. Preheat oven to 450°F and lightly oil a baking sheet or pizza pan.

4. Toss the cheeses and liquid smoke together in a bowl until well combined.

5. Roll the pizza dough out thin and transfer to your pan.

6. Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes.

7. Remove the pizza crust from the oven, spread on the sauce then sprinkle on the cheese mixture.

8. Return the pizza to the oven and bake 10 more minutes or until crust is crispy and cheese is melted.
