Easy Cinnamon French Toast

Ingredients
2 large eggs
1/4 cup half & half
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/8 tsp baking powder
dash salt
8 pieces of thick sliced Italian bread
Directions
1. Whisk the eggs, half & half, cinnamon, vanilla, baking powder and salt together in a bowl until frothy.
2. Dip each slice of bread in the egg mixture coating both sides. Preheat a griddle or saute pan over medium heat.
3. When the griddle or pan is hot place the bread slices on and cook 3 to 4 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
4. Serve with fruit, syrup or powder sugar on top.
