Quick & Easy Vegetarian Tuscan Pasta

Ingredients
1/4 cup olive oil
1 TBSP capers, chopped
1 TBSP lemon juice
2 medium garlic cloves, minced
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
1 cup grape tomatoes (about 20), halved
1/2 cup pitted Kalamata olives, halved
4 ounces feta cheese, crumbled
1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped
Dash salt
1/4 tsp freshly ground pepper
8 ounces cavatappi or gemelli pasta
Directions
1. Add all the ingredients except the pasta in a large mixing bowl and stir to combine. Cover and let sit while you make your pasta.
2. Cook your pasta according to package directions.
3. Drain the pasta and add it to the mixing bowl, gently toss to combine.
4. Add salt & pepper to taste and serve.

Loved it! Very garlicky so you may want to cut back on the garlic a bit if you're not a big raw garlic fan, but I thought it was great.
