Arugula, Walnut and Blue Cheese Salad with Grapes and Avocado

Ingredients
2 1/2 oz baby arugula
1/2 cup black grapes, halved
1/2 cup walnuts, toasted
1/2 avocado, diced
1/4 thinly sliced red onion
1/4 cup blue cheese crumbles
Directions
1. Toss all ingredients together in a bowl and serve.
Notes/Tips
Offer with your favorite dressing: a balsamic vinaigrette or red wine vinaigrette are great, even a blue cheese dressing.
