Cauliflower Salad with Cheddar and Bacon

Ingredients
1/4 cup red onion, chopped
2 TBSP green onions, chopped
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 TBSP red wine vinegar
dash salt
dash black pepper
1/4 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
1 head cauliflower, cored and cut into bite sized pieces
2 slices homemade bacon, cooked and crumbled
Directions
1. In a large bowl mix together all items except the cauliflower and bacon.
2. Mix in the cauliflower and bacon.
3. Cover and place in refrigerator for at least 20 minutes.
4. Garnish with more green onions if you wish and serve.
