Perfect Roasted Potatoes

Crisp on the outside with a creamy center. These are incredibly easy and worth the wait. They are the perfect roasted potatoes.

1 lb russet potatoes, diced 1 inch
kosher salt
1/2 tsp white vinegar
3 TBSP cooking oil
dash pepper
1/4 tsp granulated garlic


1. Preheat oven to 400°F.

2. Place the potatoes in a 2 quart sauce pan and cover with water, add 1/2 tsp kosher salt and the vinegar and bring to a boil. Boil potatoes until just tender enough to pierce, about 5 minutes.

3. Drain the potatoes and place in a large bowl. Toss potatoes with oil, 1/2 tsp kosher salt, pepper and garlic.

4. Spread on a baking sheet leaving space around each one.

5. Bake for 1 hour (do not stir, shake or turn) or until crispy and evenly browned.

6. ENJOY!!!
