1 cup chopped radish
1 large garlic clove, peeled and chopped
8 ounces cream cheese
1/4 cup feta cheese
1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
1 TBSP olive oil
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp freshly ground black pepper
Crackers or raw vegetables for serving


1. Add the radish and garlic to a food processor and pulse until finely minced. Now add the cream cheese, feta, Parmesan, olive oil, salt and pepper and pulse until thoroughly combined.

2. Spread on crackers or raw vegetables, or refrigerate for later.
