Ingredients

1/2 cup beer (I used a pale lager)
1/4 tsp granulated garlic
dash cayenne pepper
1/8 tsp mustard powder
3 drops Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp paprika
4 oz extra sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
12 oz whipped cream cheese
Garnish- snipped fresh chives.
Crackers, pretzels, or fresh vegetables for dipping.

Directions

1. Put all but the cream cheese into the food processor and process until smooth.

2. Add the whipped cream cheese and pulse until well combined.

3. Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 7 days.

4. Offer with the crackers, pretzels, pretzel chips, or vegetables for dipping.
