Slow Cooker Peach Crisp

Ingredients
DRY:
3/4 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup pecans, finely chopped
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp cinnamon
pinch nutmeg
WET:
2 TBSP honey
1/2 tsp vanilla
dash kosher salt
4 TBSP unsalted butter, sliced
1 lb frozen sliced peaches
Directions
1. Combine the dry ingredients in a large bowl.
2. Add the wet ingredients and work into the dry ingredients until a crumbly texture is formed. Fold in the peach slices.
3. Butter the bottom and sides of a 3-quart cooker.
4. Add the mixture to the slow cooker and cook on low for 3 to 3 1/2 hours. Serve immediately.

This is great as a brunch or breakfast as well because there is so little sweetener.
