2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
2 TBSP olive oil
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper


1. Pound the chicken breasts until they are an even thickness.

2. Mix the olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Ad the chicken breasts to the bowl and flip around until well coated. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours.

3. Heat a large non-stick skillet over medium heat.

4. Add the chicken to the hot pan, cover and cook for 4 minutes.

5. Flip the chicken over and place the lid back on the pan. Cook the chicken until cooked through, about 4 more minutes.

6. Let the chicken rest 5 minutes before serving or slicing.

Notes & Tips

This is a basic recipe, try adding different seasonings to the marinade to make it your own.
