1 medium garlic clove, minced
1 tsp soy sauce
24 wonton wrappers
peanut oil
Honey Sriracha Dipping Sauce:
2 TBSP honey

1/2 tsp soy sauce
1/4 tsp sesame oil

2. Mix the cream cheese, green onions, garlic, and soy sauce together in a bowl until well combined.

3. Lay out all the wonton wrappers and place about 1 1/2 teaspoons of the cream cheese mixture in the center of each one.

4. Using a pastry brush or your finger rub the edges of the wonton wrappers with water.

5. Lift all four corners of the wonton wrapper into the center over the filling and pinch to seal the top then seal the edges.

6. Place the formed wontons onto the oiled baking sheet the lightly brush the tops with oil (or spray with cooking spray).

7. Bake the wontons in the preheated oven for about 12 minutes or until golden brown.

8. Combine the Dipping Sauce ingredients together in a small bowl and serve with the rangoons.

Make sure you start forming your wontons right away after you lay them out because they will dry out.
