Banana and Peanut Butter Oatmeal Cookies (No Sugar, No Sweetener)
Servings: 4, makes about 12 cookies

Ingredients
2 ripe bananas, peeled
1 1/2 cups old fashioned oats
1/4 cup natural peanut butter
Directions
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
2. Add the bananas to a large mixing bowl and mash well. Stir in the oats and peanut butter until well combined.
3. Scoop the mixture into mounds (about 2 TBSP in size) spread out onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
4. Form the mounds into circles roughly 3 inches in diameter.
5. Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes.
6. Let cool for 10 minutes.

Notes/Tips
The bananas have to be ripe, but not overly ripe. As long as they're room temperature and easy to mash they should work out fine.
