Servings: 2
Total Time: 15 minutes

2 slices multigrain bread sliced 1 inch thick
1 avocado, halved pitted and peeled
salt & pepper
2 TBSP clarified butter
1/4 tsp cumin seeds
2 small or medium eggs
salt & pepper
hot sauce
Directions
1. Toast the bread slices and set aside.
2. Using the back of a fork squish half of the avocado over each slice of toast.
3. Melt the butter in a nonstick pan and toast the cumin seeds over medium heat. Once they start to crackle and become fragrant crack the eggs into the butter and reduce the heat to medium-low. Season with salt and pepper and cook until the whites of the eggs are cooked through, but the yolks are still runny.
5. Top the toasts with the eggs and spoon a little cumin butter over the top.
6. Add a few dashes of your favorite hot sauce.
