Spicy Sauteed Kale with Garlic

Ingredients
2 TBSP olive oil
1 bunch kale
2 medium garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp red pepper flakes
salt & pepper
Directions
1. Remove the stems from the kale leaves and discard the stems. Rinse the kale leaves thoroughly under cold water and pat dry.
2. Heat the oil in a large saute pan over medium-high heat.
3. Add the garlic, kale, and red pepper flakes. Carefully toss to combine and cook until kale is slightly wilted, about 2 minutes. Add salt & pepper to taste.
