Simple Spicy Slow Cooker Chili

Ingredients
1lb ground beef
1 jalapeno, seeded and diced
1 poblano pepper, seeded and diced
1 serrano, seeded and diced
1 seeano pepper, sliced thinly with seeds
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 medium yellow onion, diced
3 TBSP Dark Chili Powder
1 TBSP Granulated Garlic
1 TBSP Cumin
1 TBSP Kosher Salt
1 tsp Black Pepper
1 14.5 oz can diced tomatoes, pureed in the blender
1 14.5 oz can petite diced tomatoes
1 15 oz can tomato sauce
14 oz Beef broth
Directions
1. Brown ground beef in dutch oven, breaking up into small bits, over medium-low heat.
2. Add the peppers, onion, garlic and cook over medium heat for about 2 minutes.
3. Add the dry spices and simmer for 3 minutes more.
4. Add in the tomatoes and beef broth. Bring to a bubble.
5. Transfer to the slow cooker and let it cook on LOW setting for at least 4 hours and up to 10 hours.
