INGREDIENTS

  • 2 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tsp ground fennel seeds
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne
  • 2 1/2 pound pork loin
  • 1 TBSP olive oil



DIRECTIONS

  1. In a small bowl mix together the salt, garlic, fennel, black pepper, and cayenne until well combined.
  2. Rub the pork loin all over with the olive oil then rub the spice mix evenly all over the pork loin.
  3. Place the pork loin into the air fryer basket then air fry at 360°F for about 55 minutes or until the pork has an internal temperature of about 140°F.
  4. Transfer the pork to a cutting board and allow to rest for at least 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
