DIRECTIONS
Bring a large pot of water and 1 tsp salt to a boil over medium-high heat.
Cook the pasta according to package directions then drain the pasta, reserving 1/2 cup of the pasta water and set aside.
Add the butter, garlic, 1/4 tsp salt, and 1/4 tsp black pepper to the now empty pot over medium-low heat and stir until the butter is melted and the garlic is fragrant.
Place the drained pasta back into the pot then toss with the garlic butter until well combined.
Stir in the reserved pasta water in with the pasta a little at a time until you reach a desired consistency.
Season with salt & pepper to taste then serve with freshly grated Parmesan cheese on the side.
