- 1 pound ground pork
- 1/2 TBSP garlic powder
- 1/2 cup panko bread crumbs
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 2 tsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 1 cup Thai chili garlic sauce

Directions
- Mix the ground pork, garlic, bread crumbs, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt and egg in a large bowl with your hands until well combined.
- Roll mixture into one and a half inch balls (between 20 and 25 balls) and place on a baking sheet. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- Preheat oven to 425° F and bake meatballs for 15 to 20 minutes.
- Toss the meatballs with the Thai chili garlic sauce and serve.
