Chipotle Chile Salsa
Chipotles in adobo and fresh jalapeno make this tomato salsa deliciously smoky and spicy.

Ingredients
- 1 pound whole campari tomatoes
- 1 medium jalapeno, stemmed, seeded, and roughly chopped
- 2 medium garlic cloves, peeled
- 1 yellow onion, roughly chopped
- 1/2 small can (3 to 4 ounces) chipotles in adobo sauce
- freshly squeezed juice from 1 lime
- 1/2 cup fresh cilantro leaves
- 1/2 tsp salt plus more to taste
Directions
- Put all the ingredients into a blender or food processor and pulse a few times to chop the tomatoes and combine everything together. Add salt to taste.
