Place the beans, cream cheese, chipotles, red onion, salt, garlic, cumin, and 1/4 cup shredded cheddar jack cheese food processor and blend until smooth.
Place in an oven proof dish and a top with the remaining 1/4 of shredded cheese. Bake in the oven at 350 degrees for 10 minutes or until the cheese melts.
Sprinkle with a dash of paprika and serve with tortilla chips to dip.
