INGREDIENTS

  • 12 ounces dried fettuccine pasta
  • 1 TBSP unsalted butter
  • 6 ounces frozen broccoli florets, roughly chopped
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • salt & pepper
  • 16 ounces heavy cream
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese



DIRECTIONS

  1. Cook your pasta according to package directions.
  2. While your pasta cooks: Melt the butter in a medium saucepan over medium-high heat. Add the broccoli, garlic powder, 1/4 tsp salt, and 1/4 tsp pepper. Stir to combine. Add the heavy cream and bring to a boil, stirring often. Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer, stirring often, about 5 minutes. Take the pan off the heat and stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted, season with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Drain your pasta and serve topped with the sauce.
