INGREDIENTS
16 ounces rice noodles
1/2 cup natural peanut butter
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
1 TBSP sesame oil
1 bunch green onions, thinly sliced
CONVERSION CALCULATOR
DIRECTIONS
Cook the noodles according to package directions and set aside.
In a large bowl mix together the peanut butter, soy sauce, crushed red pepper, and sesame oil until throughly combined.
Add the cooked noodles to the bowl and toss with the peanut butter sauce until well combined.
Transfer to a serving dish and sprinkle the sliced green onions on top. Serve.
