In a large mixing bowl thoroughly combine all the meatball ingredients. Form the mixture into balls about 1-inch in diameter (roughly 40 meatballs). Place meatballs on a lightly oiled rimmed baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 12 to 14 minutes or until cooked through.
Mix the tzatziki sauce ingredients together in a bowl until well combined.
Lay meatballs and toppings in the center of the pita bread and drizzle with the tzatziki sauce. Fold up pita bread, eat, and enjoy.
